I am looking for a freelancer or a company to develop a new custom social media monitoring platform for Saudi Arabia only. The platform I would like to develop is basically a new localized and customized front end code layer in Arabic and English that will integrate with and read from at least 3 global social media listening tools listed below, to monitor and track a list of pre-defined outputs with several additional features as listed below in this project scope. Utilization of AI and RPA will need to be considered and justified.
The ideal candidate should have experience in developing platforms that can monitor and analyze data from the below social listening platforms such, to monitor and analyse data coming from social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Our New Platform will do Social media monitoring and Social Reputation Management. Please let me know as part of your proposal or quote which socialmedia listening platforms from the following global providers you are familary with, have done work with, at an integration level, and share complete details fo the specific work you done accordingly:

2- Ease of Integration with our New Platformf
3- Ability to read and monitor Arabic Text effectively in all dialects
4- Availability and applicability of AI and RPA tools
The main objective of this project is to generate audience analytics reports and real time tracked data. The platform should be able to provide detailed insights on the demographics, interests, and behavior of the target audience.
As for the features and functionalities, I am open to suggestions that are aligned with our project scope. I want the monitoring platform to have all the necessary capabilities to effectively track and analyze social media data in Saudi Arabia and beyond for the predefined set of data. This may include real-time monitoring, sentiment analysis, competitor analysis, and customizable dashboards.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
- Strong experience in developing social media monitoring platforms
- Proficiency in working with APIs and data analytics tools
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in social media monitoring
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
