We need an SEO specialist to grow organic traffic and signups —
React SPAs on a Spring Boot backend, covering PG beds, homes, shops,
offices and plots.

Scope:
1. Keyword & competitor research for Indian rental intent (PG, flats
for rent, co-living, office/shop rent), mapped to city + property-type
landing pages.
2. Technical SEO audit — SPA indexability (SSR/prerender recommendation),
sitemap, robots.txt, crawl issues, Core Web Vitals, mobile.
Developer-ready fixes; we implement.
3. On-page — titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking,
structured data (Accommodation/Offer, FAQ, Breadcrumb, LocalBusiness).
4. Local SEO — currently for a single city itself + Google Business Profile.
5. Content plan — 3-month blog calendar with briefs.
6. Google Search Console + GA4 setup and monthly reporting on rankings,
impressions and organic signups.
