SEO Specialist for Organic Web Traffic Growth

Organic Growth & SEO Performance Expert Needed
We’re hiring an experienced SEO professional to help grow search visibility and organic traffic for several active web projects.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both the strategic and technical side of SEO and can take ownership of improving long-term search performance.
We are not looking for basic SEO package services or automated reports. We want someone who can actively identify opportunities, solve ranking issues, and help scale organic growth.

What You’ll Be Working On
Your responsibilities may include:
researching high-value search opportunities
improving keyword targeting across existing pages
optimising website structure and internal navigation
increasing organic search visibility
analysing competitors and search trends
identifying technical SEO problems
improving indexing and crawlability
building safe, quality backlink strategies
monitoring traffic and ranking movements
providing actionable SEO reports and recommendations
You’ll also work alongside developers and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented correctly.

Skills & Experience Required
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in:
on-page SEO optimisation
technical SEO audits
keyword planning and mapping
link acquisition strategies
SEO reporting and analytics
content optimisation
site performance improvements
Google ranking recovery strategies
You should already be comfortable using tools such as:
Google Search Console
GA4 / Google Analytics
Ahrefs or SEMrush
Screaming Frog
PageSpeed Insights
keyword tracking tools
