Referral Link Tracking

I need Referral Tracking with Google Analytics for our website. Not sure if a referral affiliate program can be done with google analytics alone or integrate it with other platforms or software. We are a startup and I have a couple companies that want to refer clients so i need links to track them and also allow my affiliates to know when a form has been filled out.
