Recruiting analysts

Discord is looking for our first Recruiting Analyst. This high-impact role will help improve our programs, processes, and analytics across the Recruiting function. You will be responsible for recruiting data analytics, including building reports and dashboards, and completing ad hoc trend analysis to help improve our candidate experience, hiring process, and Inclusion, Diversity, and Purpose goals! In addition to building out reporting and dashboard capabilities within Greenhouse for the internal Talent team, you will partner with our Data Science team to build dashboard capabilities in Looker for our executive leaders and managers. You will also partner with our People Analytics Manager to integrate recruiting metrics with people metrics to create a holistic data view to inform our overall hiring and retention strategies. Discord is growing faster than ever, and we are looking for someone who can help identify, standardize, and implement data & analytics solutions, including enhanced tools and process improvements, to ensure we are set up for success as we scale.
