GA4 & FB Pixel Tracking Implementation

I need a seasoned expert to implement all necessary tracking on my WooCommerce site for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Facebook Pixel through Google Tag Manager (GTM). Currently, GA4 is not tracking purchases, even though everything was supposedly implemented in the website code. We give access only to GTM and GA4

Key Requirements:
- Troubleshoot and fix GA4's purchase tracking issue
- Implement tracking for 'Purchases' and 'Add to Cart' actions
- Set up a DataLayer in GTM from scratch

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with GA4, FB Pixel, and GTM
- Proficiency in troubleshooting tracking issues
- Deep understanding of WooCommerce platform
- Previous experience setting up a DataLayer in GTM

Please note, tracking for 'Page Views' is not needed. My primary concern is ensuring all purchase and cart actions are accurately tracked.
