Permanent WordPress Webmaster for Group of Websites

We’re hiring an experienced WordPress developer to serve as our ongoing webmaster for a group of (8) sites.This is a long-term role. The compensation is $100 USD per month and this is what will be required:

1.Update content regularly on 1 of the sites (the rest of the sites will not need frequent updates)
2. Set up and monitor Google Analytics
3. Ensure that all sites are performing as fast as possible and optimal levels against https://gtmetrix.com/ are at an "A" or "A+" rating.
5. Be available to upload content to the site as well as make edits as needed.
6. Site must be backed up daily
7. Be available on M S Teams for best communication.

Deliverables
-GTmetrix grade A or better maintained.
-Zero unplanned layout breaks on new posts.
-Ads pass policy and do not degrade UX.
-Daily content goes live on time.
-Response time and update cadence met.
