On-Page SEO Optimization for Real Estate Website

We are a real estate investment company looking for an experienced On-Page SEO Specialist to fully optimize our website and on-page SEO. We’ve completed audits and know some of our issues include missing elements, duplicate city pages, site structure, and on-page performance. We want a specialist who can implement hands-on improvements.

Scope of Work:

- Audit and optimize all titles, meta descriptions, headings across the site.
- Fix broken internal links, redirect chains, and crawl errors.
- Optimize site speed & Core Web Vitals with emphasis on mobile performance.
- Add/optimize alt text for images and ensure proper file compression/schema
- Implement or fix canonical tags to prevent duplicate content/index bloat
- Audit and improve structured data / schema
- Restructure and enhance city pages to avoid duplicate/thin content while maintaining strong local SEO signals.
- Implement a stronger internal linking strategy across pages.
- Audit and improve content depth, semantic optimization, and keyword coverage
- Index management
- Review and optimize navigation & breadcrumbs for SEO and user experience.
- Ensure conversion tracking and form usability are optimized

Deliverables:

- Optimized titles, meta tags, headings, and content structure.
- Fixed internal links, redirects, and crawl errors.
- Improved Core Web Vitals + mobile performance report.
- Implemented schema markup with validation.
- Strategic recommendations + execution for city page uniqueness.

Requirements:

- Proven success in technical and on-page SEO (please share case studies or results).
- Any experience with real estate / local SEO is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Core Web Vitals, structured data, and indexation control.
- Skilled in tools such as Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
- Strong communication and ability to show measurable impact.
