POP traffic stats into the Google Analytics.

We are looking for a developer who can connect for us POP traffic stats into the Google Analytics as site visits (and not as POP traffic) with reflection of the sites analytics into the Similarweb platform.
I just want to be sure we are talking on the same thing, we are using unique redirect script that allow us to promote our brands reviews web site via POP traffic but what we wanna to do is to show our advertiser that the POP traffic we sent to our traffic via the redirect script, is not POP traffic but like real visits to our site, so there is a way to do it by exporting the traffic to external server , do some manipulate work on the stats and present the stats as visit on the analytics, it will be reflected on the Similarweb as well as visits.)
We need an expert who has a great experience on it.
