[Ongoing Work] Google Analytics Pro - To Set Up Goals

Hey there,
I'm looking for a Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager pro to come in and help me develop and test my tracking setup.
We are running a multi domain site.
All the containers have been set up already, the tags are firing but I'm struggling with the goal setup.
When conversions happen I can't extract the "value" etc from the conversion data so I need your help. Once that's set up there will be ongoing work as we develop the same system for more and more products.
