We have a client with a shopify site that has been experiencing a decrease in online sales month over month this year. I would like a review of the shopify and GA data to understand user behavior:
1. Identify possible patterns that show if users are coming to site and adding products to the cart and abandoning.
2. If users are coming to the site to purchase a particular product and the product is unavailable.
GA is already set up.
