Each month I need consistent off-page growth paired with solid technical upkeep. The off-page side centres on earning high-quality backlinks from reputable domains, stimulating genuine social media engagement, securing brand mentions across relevant publications, and lifting my Google Business Profile into the local 3-pack.
On the technical front the website must stay fast, mobile-friendly and properly annotated with structured data. Core Web Vitals should remain green; any rendering issues on mobile must be removed; schema has to be deployed and validated.
Scope:
- Create and share a monthly plan outlining link outreach targets, social channels to activate and publications to pursue.
- Implement the technical fixes yourself (or direct my developer with clear instructions) and re-test.
- Provide a concise report every 30 days showing new backlinks, engagement metrics, citation/mention wins, GBP ranking movement, and site performance scores.
Acceptance criteria:
• Minimum agreed number of new do-follow backlinks from DR40+ sites each cycle.
• PageSpeed Insights: 90+ mobile score maintained.
• Structured data passes Google Rich Results Test with no errors.
• GBP ranking trend line shows upward movement in target city.
