My goal is simple and measurable: drive a steady, sustainable rise in organic traffic from Google. I already have a vetted keyword list; what I need now is a hands-on specialist—no agencies in the mix—who can translate that list into higher visibility, clicks, and sessions.
Scope of work
• Audit and fix on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal links, Core Web Vitals).
• Build out a clean technical foundation: crawl-budget optimisation, XML sitemaps, schema markup, HTTPS, and any server-level tweaks that speed things up.
• Create and refine a content plan around my existing keywords, spotting gaps and advising on new cluster ideas when data supports it.
• Develop a white-hat backlink strategy aimed squarely at authority and relevance.
• Set up or fine-tune Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and preferred third-party tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) to capture baseline KPIs and track progress.
• Provide concise weekly reports that show ranking movement, traffic growth, and next actions—nothing bloated, just the numbers and insights that matter.
Acceptance criteria
✓ Noticeable upward trend in organic sessions and click-through rates within the first full reporting cycle.
✓ Target keywords moving to page 1, or demonstrable step-change toward that position, backed by screenshots/data from agreed tools.
✓ All critical technical issues flagged in the initial audit resolved and verified through Search Console.
