Help with Google Analytics 4

I have created a custom event in GA4 and marked it as a conversion. But for some reason, when I test it, it doesn't show as a conversion.

I am still learning GA4 and find it confusing. I just need somebody who can check my event/conversion and show me what I have done wrong in the set up.
