Help google analytics - troubleshooting and subsequent setup

Need help with my website.
I just got a new website developed, but developers did not complete all the tasks, and now I can no longer record any hits in Google analytics on my website since January 23rd. The new website was lived around this date. And was moved to another webhotel around January 25th.
I need someone who can review my website, check it for errors - e.g. If a sitemap has been created, it has been setup correctly, etc.
Afterwards, make sure that my website is setup correctly in the relevant google tools - search console, analytics, etc.
You have to be the expert. The one who advises and takes the initiative in the process, as I have some knowledge of the area but not knowledge of the real technical part. Subsequently, I would very much like a brief summary of what you have done.
