Google tag manager expert requried

Hello im facing some issues while putting tags. i want to track a third party form which I have access too. the form is created on smashleads. i want to track them and show it in google ads through conversion tracking. i put all codes correctly, but my conversion tracking code is not firing but conversion linker fires. so I need some help.
