Google conversion tracking, Tag manager, and Analytics set up

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with setting up Google conversion tracking, Tag manager, and Analytics for my website. Here are the requirements for the project:
Access to the backend of the website:
- I have access to the backend of my website, so the freelancer should be able to work directly with the website.
Google Analytics account set up:
- I do not have a Google Analytics account set up, so the freelancer should be able to set up a new account for me.
Assistance with setting up goals and conversion tracking:
- I would like assistance with setting up goals and conversion tracking, so the freelancer should have experience in this area.
Project timeline:
- I need the project to be completed as soon as possible, so the freelancer should be able to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
Skills and experience:
- Experience with Google conversion tracking, Tag manager, and Analytics set up
- Knowledge of website backend and ability to work with it
- Proficiency in setting up Google Analytics accounts and tracking goals and conversions
