Google ad campaigns

We are looking for someone to work with us on an ongoing basis to help create google ads. We specialise in creating google ads for physiotherapy clinics.
We need someone competent:
creating google ads,
using google tag manager
using google analytics
physiotherapy knowledge is not necessary as we will be able to work with you on this aspect. We are essentially looking for someone who would be an account manager. create the ads, link google ads and analytics together, create tags for the website, measure conversions and make relevant changes. We would oversee the accounts ourselves to make sure everything runs smoothly. You would only be required to create the ads and conversion measuring and then have a brief look at the data at the end of each month and make any relevant edits.
Please provide us with an amount per account. We don't see the account manager spending more than an hour on each account per month. We provide examples of the ads for the industry and a lists of keywords for each service.
