Google analytics not working probably indexing

we have a site astrocycles.net and we have given the optimizatoin to someone but they were not able to fix the google analytics. We need someone who really know the tech paprt and can fix the indexing etc
It is a small project but will lead to much bigger one as we have 60 domains. We are using Rankmath so if you are an expert in rantmath it will help for sure/
