Google TagManager and DataLayer integration

We need someone to review current GTM and data layer integration and rebuild/enhance integration and build reports on Google Analytics. This task requires knowledge of tracking iframes and how pull data from dynamic web service including pop up calendar, input fields, dropdowns and/or dynamic lists.
