Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics Expert

I work for several clients on data marketing projects and I need someone who can support me on complex projects for GA, GA4 or GTM. I know the following tasks well, but I no longer have time to do them myself. I am looking for the top 10% of high-quality freelancers.
Tasks
- Set up Enhanced Ecommerce through DataLayers for GA4 and GA
- Set up form, click, scroll events in GTM for GA4 and GA
- Audit GA and GA4.
- Find out issues with tracking. Why is no purchase being tracked or duplicated, for example?
- Set up i.e. Form Listeners for iframe tracking
- Analyse data in Google Analytics and write a report 5+ pages on the performance.
Should have
- Great English, written and verbal. Also good communication skills.
- Great technical skills.
- Responsive
- Reliable and a good person to work with
- Understand HTML
Nice to have:
- Javascript expertise
