Google Tag Manager, Analytics and Google Ads

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help with the implementation of Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Google Ads. The successful freelancer should have experience working with these platforms. Additionally, the successful freelancer should include past work and a detailed project proposal in their application. I have some existing tags, strategies, metrics, and goals set up that need to be incorporated into the project. the project is more a question of cleaning up what is wrong and implementing what will be needed to get GTM and Analytics to be fully integrated with my Google Ads to be able to track leads and other necessary Google Ads variables
