Google Sheets Cleanup & Looker Dashboard Creation

We are looking for a skilled Google Sheets & Data Visualisation expert to help us clean up our Google Sheets dataset and create a KPI dashboard in Google Looker Studio.

Project Scope:
This is a two-part project:

1. Google Sheets Data Cleanup
- Remove unnecessary columns from our Google Sheet (this data has already been sent to Power BI, so we do not want to affect past results).
- Ensure the cleaned-up dataset remains structured for reporting.

2. Google Looker Studio Dashboard Development
Using the remaining data, create key performance reports & KPIs, including:
✅ Customer Analysis:
New vs Repeat Customer % (Month-over-Month, Year-over-Year)
% of New Customers vs Marketing Spend (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon)

✅ Orders & Returns:
Return Rate vs Total Orders (MoM, YoY)
Total Orders & Return Rate Over Time

✅ Product Sales Reports:
Men vs Women Products Sold % and Dollar Value
Total SKUs In Stock vs Out of Stock
Total SKUs Sold (MoM, YoY) with Percentage Increase/Decrease

✅ Financial & Sales Metrics:
Total Sales Amount (MoM, YoY)
Total Sales After Fixed Expenses (taken from a Google Sheet)
Total Products Sold Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Last Month, This Fiscal Year, etc.
Total Shipping Costs

✅ Support & Expenses Reporting:
Zendesk Ticket Count vs Customer Service Rep Monthly Cost (from QuickBooks)
Additional Notes:
Our Power BI is not updating properly and is slow, so we want to transition everything to Google Looker Studio.
The freelancer must ensure data accuracy and create interactive dashboards that are easy to navigate.
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, QuickBooks, Amazon data integration is a plus.
