I’m the fitness coach of a professional football team and I need a fully automated system in Google Sheets or excel online to manage daily data from players.
The system must include:
Custom questionnaires with conditional questions.
Player selection dashboard (individual/multiple), with photos and status indicators.
Central database to store all answers, filterable by name, position, or group.
Automated alerts with color-coded warnings based on editable thresholds.
Daily/weekly reports, graphs, player comparisons, and PDF export.
Group management (e.g. injured, starters, by position).
