Google Business Profile Ownership Verification

I need assistance in verifying the ownership of my Google Business profile. I have the necessary documentation in digital format (PDFs and images) that can be provided to you. Your job would be to verify the ownership using this documentation and to ensure that the Google Business profile is correctly reflecting this ownership.
Ideal candidates for this project would have experience with Google Business profiles and verification processes. Understanding of digital document verification is a plus. Please note that I do not require assistance in acquiring proof of ownership, but rather in verifying the information on the Google Business profile.
I am a franchise location of a word wide business organization with an individual business profile for my personal location. I have been in business for over 20 years and was previously verified. Recently I started getting notices that my profile is not verified. When attempting to verify I get a message that there are no more ways to verify my account, and I need to have a rep contact me on google meet. When I connect on the app it immediately says called “ended” or message sent. I never receive any messages and cannot verify. I have asked for google support online and through email several times and get no response.
Part of the problem is that the business profile is associated with my personal Gmail address and not with my google workspace Gmail. I cannot change the email address until its verified.
