Google Analytics setup

I need to set up Google Analytics 4, with anonimized ip (EUROPE GDPR)
Below is the list of things to track:

1-I need to track all CTA in every page that redirect to shop page (website in italian and english version);
2-Conversions monitoring ( i have already THANK YOU PAGE);
3-Cart abandoned;
4-How much gained from each product;
5-How much gained in total;
