Google Analytics for a multilevel website -- 2

We have a website hosted on aws with code in Angular, html-CSS front end and it has user based login and browsing and downloading content. I need some help to setup google analytics to track user login, browsing pages, downloads etc. Project includes pulling the data from google analytics API into the platform.
