Google Analytics for eCommerce

Google Analytics is making updates and phasing out old installments, I run a marketplace and I need accurate analytics on my traffic
I am looking for a data science nerd that can speak plain English
Update our Google Analytics with any additional filters, enhancements etc to give us accurate data
Ideally I'd like to find someone who can continue working with me, to turn that data into actionable changes that will improve our conversion, reduce our bounce rate, build up a customer picture etc
I am an ex eCommerce PM, with a good understanding of analytics but I don't quite have the detailed technical side to install it, or know how to get the best out of it and I am looking for someone who can help me translate that data into improvements on the site.
We already have analytics installed, I'd like it upgraded
Then I'd like to talk about the data.
