Google Analytics expert to help figure out issue with conversion tracking

It has been requested that we add each of the services they offer as conversions in GA4 so they can see the amount being purchased online. The individual services have been added as custom events, but for some reason the events are not triggering when a purchase is made, so they can't be moved to conversions.
