Google Analytics - Tags - Goals - Event - Dashboards

I work for a Customer Experience Provider covering recruitment marketing in Europe I'm looking for someone to evaluate recommend and implement initial set-up of Goals, Tags, Events, and reporting in our Goggle Analytics account, At present I have 20+ pages with none of this set up, so we are blind to best key word conversion and things like re marketing
