Google Analytics and Tag manager

Hello! I am looking for someone to help me with my Google analytics and tag manager setup. I currently have a tracking plan in place, but need assistance setting up the tracking. Specifically, I am need help with the Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. I would be grateful if you could lend me your expertise to help me get started.
