Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Tag Manager Configuration for wordpress site

I need accurate conversion tracking for a wordpress website. Do have Universal Analytics and Google Ads but I need consulting to set up Events or Tags with G4 and Tag Manager for Google Ads campaigns. The website in question is in Wordpress with Flatsome Theme and Contact Form 7.
