Google Analytics Smart Shopping Revenue Disappearing

When we start clicking into deeper levels of our Smart Campaign within Google Analytics our revenue and purchases start to disappear. I'm unfortunately unable to give out credentials, but was hoping someone with extensive analytics/e-commerce experience could walk me through what is happening via a screen share.
