Google Analytics Looker Studio

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with my Google Analytics / Looker Studio project. The main goal of my analytics project is to add a page to an existing Looker Studio report that displays the total number of downloads for all PDF files from a website. We also need someone to check the conversion of GA to their new GA4 and ensure that everything is running on GA4 so when Google remove the old analytics everything still works.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
