Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager Set Up

We're looking for someone to audit our Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics as we're currently unable to track most of our visitors and conversions. Because of this, we're also not able to relay data to an affiliate management platform for any conversions that they bring us. We also lost access to our old account which is not accessible anymore.

What we would need from you is a quotation for:
- Auditing the problem
- Implement GTM and necessary tags (including our affiliate platform tag)
- Set up Google Analytics again if necessary
- Migration of Universal Google Analytics to GA4
- Implementation of Events according to Label-List below:
