Google Analytics/GTM Assistance -- 3

Right now there are 3 items Id like to review, 1) We have a really low bounce rate coming from a really high one, something isn't setup right and need to figure out what, 2) we just upgraded our site from an old legacy to new SFCC Boilerplate Application and want to clean up our Google Triggers 3) there was a report that we used for our app, it isn't working and need to figure it out
