Google Analytics Dashboard Customization for Avaya – DSHS
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
Phase 1
- Cloud Foundations Landing Zone Setup
o Provide an accelerated delivery approach based on SUPPLIERPSO recommended leading practices. This work stream will focus on building infrastructure for the scope of this engagement and identifying any business or technical requirements.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM):
o Review existing setup (if any) and define how groups and users will be provisioned/managed
o Evaluate requirements for Cloud Identity (Google Workspace, 3rd party domain), and make recommendations for required or suggested changes
o Provide guidance to provision users and groups from existing identity platform, as required
o Provide guidance to configure Cloud Identity for SSO using existing identity platform as required
- Resource Management
o Define resource/organizational hierarchy, user access, and roles for this engagement
o Define and build resource hierarchy for this engagement, including folders and projects
o Identify Organization Policies to be enforced at folder/project level
o Provide recommendations around naming convention for GCP resources (e.g. folders, projects)
- Networking
o Collect any requirements for network connectivity
o Design architecture for connectivity between on-premises and/or cloud environments to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as required
o Recommend a network topology strategy and security controls including Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) design, VPC peering and/or VPN design, firewall rules, NAT gateway, DNS, routes, and load balancers
- Logging and Monitoring:
o Provide recommendations and configuration guidance for monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions on GCP’s Operations suite
- Automated Resource Deployment
o Provide production-capable IaC scripts to support repeatable deployment of the GCP landing zone
- Security
o Provide recommended standard Organization Policy constraints

Phase 2
- Analytics Pipeline and Looker
o Create pipeline to capture conversation history in Cloud Logging and BigQuery o Deliver four (4) pre-built, Looker analytics dashboards for Customer’s internal stakeholders (executive team) with visibility across the workflow. The dashboards will be created then handed over to the Customer for Customer’s
use
o Data and reports will be provided based on the virtual agent implemented by INI across three phases namely (i) Initial Virtual Agent Deployment, (ii) Virtual Agents across all calls and (iii) Authentication and Self Service
o Validate dashboards contain KPIs as agreed upon between Customer and AgnoShin
Deliverables
- As part of the overall project, the following activities will be carried in several phases and communicated to the respective team members involved in the due course.
o Solution Discovery and documentation on business requirements
o Project Plan
o Technical Design Document (LLD)
o Source Code maintenance on customer provided repository.
o Weekly Status Report.
