Google Ads Lead Conversion Setup

I need our Google Ads account to report every time someone completes the “Contact Us” form on our website so I can see which campaigns and keywords are driving genuine leads. Last PPC messed it up so we have several actions, need them removed and tested as a single truth (ie 1 and 1 only conversion)

This will be a 10 minute job for skilled but I'm not that. It maybe that we already have 1 tracking but we need to remove the noise and potential duplicate converts.
