Fix Magento 2 Google Analytics Ecommerce Tracking

1. We have a Magento 2 store with Google Analytics setup and tracking our conversions. However, around 30% of our conversions are not showing in Google Analytics for some reason. Please see the image attached, which shows our order numbers on Magento vs Google Analytics
2. On the Australia version of our store, a lot of the conversions are tracking as Direct in Google Analytics, which isn't the correct source
