Fix ERROR404 Issues on My Website & Pages Not Indexed

I'm seeking a Google specialist to diagnose and fix ERROR404 issues on my website. There haven't been any recent changes to the site, but some pages are not being accessed correctly. I think the error 404 comes from deleted products. I do have access to Google Analytics, which may assist in identifying the problem.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing website errors, particularly ERROR404

- Knowledge of website maintenance and management
I was told before that to avoid ERROR404 I need to do URL Redirects which I did but now Google Search Console is saying the redirects are not indexed and there is a problem.
