Expert in App Tracking Implementation & Funnel Analytics (Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Firebase)

We are looking for an experienced app analytics expert to implement and track multiple funnels within our mobile application. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Firebase, with a proven track record of setting up and analyzing app funnels, user behavior, events, and monetization metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Funnel Tracking:
Setup and track the following funnels:
User Onboarding Funnel: App install, first open, account creation, adding a family member, starting/completing diagnostic tests.
Diagnostic Test Funnel: From opening the diagnostic section to completing tests and viewing results.
User Engagement Funnel: Track app opens, navigation to key features, user engagement, and return visits within a week.
Subscription Funnel: From opening the subscription page to completing a payment and subscription.
Feedback/Survey Funnel: Track the entire feedback process from receiving the request to submitting the feedback.
Re-Engagement Funnel: Track returning users and engagement with new content after inactivity.
Feature Adoption Funnel: Track interaction and return visits to newly adopted features.
Error Reporting Funnel: Track user error reporting actions.
Track Key Metrics and Data Points:
User engagement (active users, sessions, screen views).
Custom events (button clicks, form submissions, diagnostic test completions).
User acquisition (traffic sources, user retention).
User behavior (funnel analysis, event parameters).
Demographics and interests (age, gender, device types).
Performance metrics (crash reports, app load times).
Monetization metrics (in-app purchases, subscriptions).
User segmentation (custom user properties based on behavior).
Setup Custom Dashboards and Reports:
Create tailored reports and dashboards in Google Analytics and Looker Studio to visualize important data for business success.
Firebase Integration:
Leverage Firebase features such as Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, and Firebase Analytics to track user interactions, push notifications, and app behavior.
Key Skills and Experience:
Strong expertise in Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
Proven experience with Firebase Analytics and related Firebase features (e.g., Cloud Messaging, Remote Config).
Ability to implement and track funnels in an app environment.
Experience in setting up custom events and user segmentation.
Strong knowledge of user behavior analysis and data visualization.
Experience with app performance tracking (crash reporting, load times).
Familiarity with monetization metrics (subscriptions, in-app purchases).
