Experience person for Google ads tracking & conversions

I'm looking to hire an experienced person who has proficiency with Google Ads. I don't have a CRM system set up yet, so I would need help doing so. As for the amount of work I need, this can be negotiated. I'm looking for someone I can trust to be reliable and take ownership of the project. This will involve managing and analyzing our Google Ads campaigns and tracking conversions. You must also be able to produce detailed reports on our data. This could be an ongoing project. Please let me know if you think this is something you can take on.
