• Acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks through white-hat outreach and digital PR, documenting every live link.
• Set up or refine tracking in GA4 and Google Search Console so progress is transparent.

Acceptance criteria
1. Baseline report delivered at project start, including audit findings and traffic benchmarks.
2. Monthly progress summary showing ranking movements, backlink additions and traffic growth.
3. At least 25 % uplift in organic sessions from Google within the agreed timeframe (to be confirmed together).
