Create 200 Polish NAP listings (business directories) — account creation & full report

Project Description:
I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelancer (or team) to create 200 NAP listings (Name, Address, Phone, Website) in Polish business directories.
All data, descriptions, and text will be provided in Polish — your job is to copy and paste the information accurately, create accounts if required, confirm emails, and deliver a detailed report with all access credentials.
This project is about precision, not translation. If you can follow instructions carefully, you’ll find it straightforward.
Scope of work:
Register accounts on Polish business directories (I will provide or approve the list).
Fill out all directory fields according to the provided template (Google Sheet / CSV).
Confirm email verifications or moderation links if required.
Upload logos or photos where the form allows (files provided).
Deliver a full report with links, logins, and screenshots.
Requirements:
Ability to copy and paste Polish text accurately (no translation, no rewriting).
Understanding of the Latin alphabet and Polish diacritics (ą, ę, ł, ś, ć, ź, ż, ó).
Experience with local citations / business directory submissions.
Excellent attention to detail — all NAP data must match the provided template exactly.
Willingness to complete a 3-entry test before full approval.
Deliverables (what you will provide):
Google Sheet / Excel report including:
Directory name and domain
URL of the published listing
Account login & password (if created)
Publication status (live / pending)
Screenshot proof of publication (full page)
Date of submission
All accounts created must use a dedicated email address that I control (to be provided).
Milestones & Payment:
Test milestone (3 listings) – small payment after I approve quality and accuracy.
Progress milestone (70% of work completed) – payment after partial report verification.
Final milestone (100%) – remaining payment after full report delivery and access confirmation.
Payment model: fixed price for the entire project.
Suggested budget: USD $250–$400, depending on experience and speed.
Timeline:
Preferred completion time — 7–14 business days after test approval.
Selection test:
Before starting, you will complete 3 sample listings chosen by me.
If all three meet the required standards (correct data, Polish letters, working links), you’ll be hired for the full project.
