Coordinate Marketing for Premier Resort
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
The Abbey Resort is gearing up for a busy season and I need a hands-on coordinator who can keep our marketing machine running smoothly from strategy through execution. You’ll maintain an always-on presence across our key digital channels, generate fresh campaign ideas that fit our lakefront brand, and make sure every piece of content—whether a promo email, a short-form video, or an on-property flyer—tells one cohesive story.
What I’ll rely on you to do
• Build and manage a 90-day content calendar that ties together web, social, email, paid ads, and in-house promotions.
• Write or source compelling copy and visuals, then schedule posts and blasts on time.
• Coordinate with our revenue, events, and F&B teams so offers go live in sync with room availability and seasonal happenings.
• Track performance in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and our PMS/CRM; report weekly wins, losses, and next steps.
• Guard our brand voice and style; update collateral when new packages, photography, or rate plans roll out.
Key tools in play: Canva or Adobe CC, Mailchimp (or similar ESP), Meta & LinkedIn campaign managers, Google Analytics 4, and a basic understanding of WordPress.
Deliverables
1. 90-day multi-channel calendar (first draft in two weeks).
2. Two campaigns launched per month with performance summary decks.
3. Ongoing asset library organized by theme, date, and usage rights.
I’m after practical creativity—someone who can brainstorm in the morning, build assets after lunch, and publish before happy hour. If that sounds like you, tell me about a recent hospitality or travel project you kept on schedule and on brand, and let’s set up a quick call to confirm details and timelines.
