Cookie Setting & Analytics Tracking

For this project, I'm looking to leverage a system functioning across both mobile and web platforms. The key deliverable would be a demo that sets and stores cookies, purely for data analytics tracking purposes.

Requirements:
- Ability to set and store cookies on both mobile and web apps
- Data analytics tracking via cookies

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in programming languages widely used in web and mobile development
- Experience with data management and analytics
- Deep understanding of online privacy, security dynamics, and legislation
- Capacities related to cookie creation and management.

It's important for me that the tracking is accurate and secure, and compliant with all required and necessary privacy legislation.
