GA4 Conversion Tracking Setup Needed

I need assistance setting up Google Analytics 4 (GA4) conversion tracking specifically for form submissions on our Contact Us page. Currently, we have tracking implemented, but it is not using GA4. I'm looking for a freelancer who can transition our existing setup to GA4 efficiently.
