GA4 Conversion/Event Setup

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with Google Tag Manager/GA4 conversion/event setup project for my existing business. I need new conversions/events to be set up in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Requirements:
- Experience in GA4 conversion/event setup
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and GA4 features along with Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of advertising strategies and the customer lead/purchase journey and the key actions to track.
We need to set up tracking for ticket purchases (primary action) and other secondary actions ('add to cart', etc) using Google Tag Manager.
