My new site needs a full-scale SEO makeover focused on ranking higher on Google. At the moment no analytics or tracking is in place, so we are starting from a clean slate and I want to do it right from day one.

A complete audit should cover robots.txt, XML sitemaps, duplicate-content prevention, image compression, caching / CDN configuration, and full mobile responsiveness.
Content & authority
I also need a data-driven content strategy built on thorough keyword research, with every page structured around clear headings that support topical relevance. High-quality, relevant backlinks are essential for external authority, so I’m expecting a well-defined outreach and acquisition plan—white-hat only.
