Comprehensive SEO fixes & Ongoing Optimization

Job ID: 40500176

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I'm already familiar with the site's strengths and weaknesses. It ranks at the top of AI Overviews for its core terms and brings in steady organic traffic, and I've catalogued the technical gaps — schema, metadata, sitemap, page speed, and so on — in my own audit. Rather than weigh a general proposal, I want a price against a scope I've already defined. Here it is.

One-time work, quoted as a single fixed work-for-hire price:

- Technical fixes: one H1 per page; unique intent-matched titles and meta descriptions site-wide; descriptive image alt text; correct canonicals plus a 301 from the raw server IP; verified robots.txt and a sitemap listing all live URLs; GZIP/Brotli; mobile render-blocking and image issues; remove the exposed plain-text email; clear W3C errors; GA4 + Search Console with call/form conversion tracking; DMARC/SPF/DKIM.
- Structured data: JSON-LD for Organization/LegalService/Attorney, LocalBusiness, Person, Service (one per practice area), FAQPage, and Article. No Review/AggregateRating markup (governed by NY attorney-advertising rules) and no VideoObject.
- Google Business Profile: claim, optimize, align NAP, and connect it to the LocalBusiness schema.

Ongoing work, quoted separately and itemized month-to-month, only for services you actually recommend — e.g., technical/Core Web Vitals monitoring with a monthly Search Console and rank/AI-citation report, earned-citation outreach against a pre-approved target list, and schema maintenance as pages are added.

Three terms are fixed:

- Acceptance is by verifiable result only: schema passing Google's Rich Results Test, clean W3C validation, GA4 and Search Console confirmed, sitemap indexing, and recorded before/after mobile PageSpeed. Ongoing work is paid against KPIs with a baseline and target, verifiable in Search Console, GA4, or a named rank tool — nothing paid for unverifiable "authority" or "visibility."
- All work is made for hire; the firm owns the deliverables and retains administrative control of every account.
- Excluded entirely: purchased or bulk backlinks, out-of-state location pages, and any drafting or alteration of substantive legal content (authored in-house — a vendor may optimize structure, headings, and metadata only).

If that's clear, I need a single fixed number for the one-time work and a separate monthly menu for the ongoing items. Happy to answer questions.

Regards,

Richard Bruce Rosenthal, Esq.
